2. Return process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@magnetoaudiolabs.com or 778-744-4546 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Once the RMA has been issued, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the product is in good condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges, within 7-10 business days.

4. Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion.

5. Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
